2unitHokkien Noodles (packs)
1unitRed capsicum, diced
2unitCarrot, grated
40gSnow peas, roughly chopped
2unitCelery, chopped (stalks)
10mlSesame oil
40mlOyster sauce
40mlSoy sauce
1cupCooked chicken pieces

Method

  1. Soak noodles in boiling water for a couple of minutes, drain and set aside.
  2. Mix sesame oil, oyster sauce and soy sauce in a bowl.
  3. Add to raw vegetables and mix through.
  4. Add cooked chicken to the vegetables and combine well.
  5. Garnish with alfalfa or other sprouts if desired.
