Ingredients

500gSingapore noodles
2carrots - peeled and grated
2shallots - trimmed and sliced
1cucumber
2Small red cabbage - finely shredded
4tspsesame seeds
3tbsphoney
3tbspsalt reduced soy sauce
1tspsesame oil

Method

  1. Place noodles in a large bowl. Cover with boiling water, stand for 1 minute, drain noodles, refresh in cold water and set aside for a few minutes to dry, place noodles into bowl.
  2. Mix with noodles- grated carrot, sliced shallots, finely shredded cabbage.rn
  3. To make soy & honey dressing - combine all ingredients ( honey, salt reduced soy sauce, sesame oil) in a screw top jar and shake until well combined. Pour over the noodle and salad mix and toss to combine dressing. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. rn
