Mexican Beef Burritos
1KgBeef mince, lean
1Iceburg lettuce, large shredded
4Tomatoes, large sliced
3cupReduced fat cheese, grated
300gSour cream, reduced fat
- Fry mince in a pan and add seasoning plus water. Stir through. Taste test and adjust seasoning being cautious to not make it too spicy.
- Spread out tortillas on bench and in a straight line across each tortilla spread a tablespoon of sour cream topped with lettuce, tomato and grated cheese.
- Top with hot seasoned mince, roll and cut in half at a diagonal. Place in foil container to serve.
Quick and easy burritos using lean mince, reduced fat cheese, plenty of salad and taco seasoning.
