1unitEgg, fried or mashed hard boiled
0.5cupSalad leaves, washed
1tbspChoice of condiment: tomato chutney, sauce, yoghurt or sour cream
0.50cupMexican mix
2tbspOlive oil
1 eaOnion diced
2-3tspCrushed Garlic
3tbspBurrito Seasoning or paprika
2cansCrushed Tomatoes

Method

  1. For mexican mix fry onion and garlic in olive oil. Add mince and brown if using. Add seasoning and fry lightly.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer until thickened.
  3. Spread condiment down the centre of a warmed wrap.
  4. Top with salad leaves, mexican mix and egg.
