Wraps and salad kits are big sellers in food courts and supermarkets. Using these ideas, your customers get to pick and choose the contents of their own wrap or they can graze over the contents of their kit as a salad. It’s also a great time saver with many of the choices shown here using the same basic ingredients and the wrapping step is eliminated. They look great in a display cabinet as well. This is a perfect way to combine the ease of precooked products like chicken tender strips with salad ingredients to make a healthy meal.
