4tspGarlic & Mixed Herbs
- Mix cheese, zucchini and flour in bowl. Add olives and sun dried tomatoes.
- Fry bacon and onion and set aside to cool.
- In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk and herbs and then add to the dry ingredients.
- Heat oven to 170 degrees celcius.
- Mix in the now cool bacon and onion with the rest.
- Spoon into muffin papers and bake for 20 minutes.
