600gLean beef mince
.60cupLong grain rice, raw
1unitEgg
420gTomato soup, can
.50unitOnion, finely diced
1cupWater
1tspOregano, dried
1tspGarlic, crushed

Method

  1. Make sauce: mixing tomato soup, crushed tomatoes, onion, 1 cup water, dried oregano, garlic, seasoning to taste.
  2. Make meat balls: combine beef mince, rice, egg, seasoning to taste. Shape into 12 round meat balls.
  3. Add sauce and meat balls to electric fry pan and bubble away for 60 minutes, until meat balls are cooked through.
