2kgPork scotch fillet or collar

400gCanned tomato

4wholeGarlic Cloves
4stalksCelery, leaves attached

Method
- Grate all vegetables through an electric grater.
- Place all pulled pork ingredients into a slow cooker and cook for 7hrs (stir occasionally)
- Prep Coleslaw – grate cabbage, carrot and apple. Mix in mayo and set aside in fridge.
- Once pork is tender, pull apart with either a fork or electric beater.
- Serve with coleslaw placed onto the roll first and then add the pulled pork on top.
