1cupDried fruit medley or sultanas

Method
- Preheat oven to 200degC and spray a baking tray with cooking oil.
- In a large mixing bowl combine margarine, milk and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place large spoonfuls of mixture on tray and bake for 20 minutes.
