1cupCooked lean chicken, diced
0.5unitLettuce, shredded (whole)
3unitTomato, cut into wedges (whole)
1cupLow fat grated cheese
3tbspLow fat salad dressing
- Layer the salad items, chicken and cheese in the serving cup.
- Store in fridge.
- Just before serving, pour salad dressing through hole in domed lid, cover hole and shake well to combine.
- Place fork through hole in lid and servce.
Convenient serving idea.
Add whatever other salad vegetables you would like to this salad. Chicken could also be replaced with lean ham or tuna or for a vegetarian salad try avocado or three bean mix.
