1unitOnion, finely diced
3unitCelery stalks, finely chopped

2tbspChilli sauce (optional)

- Brown mince in olive oil and add vegetables. Cook until vegetables have softened.
- Add tomatoes, sauces and vinegar and simmer until a thick gravy is achieved.
- Serve in wholemeal buns (optional toasted) topped with coleslaw.
