270mlLight coconut cream
1tbspLight sour cream
250mlPanang Curry paste
- Roughly chop onion, capsicum and carrot
- Cook beef strips with a sprinkle of garlic and oil until brown, then add curry paste.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook until still a little crunchy
- Add broccoli and coconut milk and cook for only a couple of minutes
- Remove from heat then add sour cream
- Individually portion and serve with boiled rice
