1tbspGrated cheese, reduced fat
0.5tbspDiced cooked lean bacon
- Hollow out the middle of a slider sized bread roll and fill with Bolognaise sauce with plenty of added vegetables that has been cooked down a bit so not too moist.
- Top with grated cheese and a little diced bacon.
- Place in a food warmer for approximately 20 minutes to heat through. Wrapping in foil will prevent them drying out too much during heating but they can be opened up for 5 minutes to help the cheese melt and to crisp up the bacon.
Fresh bun filled with our special Bolgnaise sauce and topped with melted cheese and bacon. Served warm.
