0.5cupReduced fat milk
1cupWholemeal self-raising flour
1unitCorn kernels, 420g can drained
1unitCreamed corn, 310g can
0.25cupHam, reduced fat/salt chopped
- Whisk milk and eggs in a large bowl.
- Add sifted flour, corn kernels, creamed corn and chopped ham. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold ingredients together until combined, but don\\\'t over mix.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Add heaped tablespoonfuls of mixture and use a knife to spread to 8cm diameter rounds.
- Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface, turn and cook for a further 2 minutes or until fritters are firm.
- Serve warm.
