Cheese and Garlic Naan Bread

3cupsSelf Raising Flour
2cupsGreek Yoghurt
1cupGrated Cheese
2teaspoonsMinced Garlic

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees (on the pizza setting)
  2. Mix the Greek yoghurt and the self-raising flour, use hands to knead together.
  3. When half combined add garlic, knead a little more then add the cheese.
  4. Continue to knead until all worked in well - it should weigh around 1050-1080 gms.
  5. Divide dough into individual balls weighing around 60/62 gms (about 17 balls).
  6. Flatten/roll out each ball to a thin, palm sized shape.
  7. Put on a lined/sprayed baking paper tray (6 per tray).
  8. Lightly spray tops of bread with oil.
