Chicken and Salad Boat
SelectChopped cooked chicken meat

SelectFrench aalad dressing
- Mix salad ingredients with and toss with dressing when ready ready to portion out into boats.
- Fill each boat with salad and top with cooked chicken.

Swap chicken for tuna, ham or any other cold meats or offer a vegetarian version. The boats also bake well so can be filled with a quiche mixture or savoury mince topped with mashed potato and placed in a moderate oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
