2unitChang style dry noodles (uncooked), packet
4unitSpring onions, chopped
0.5unitShredded wombok cabbage
5.5cupCooked chicken meat, diced
1unitSlivered almonds, packet
0.25cupHoney soy low fat dressing

Method

  1. Mix wombok and spring onions together and place approximately 1 1/4 cups of the mix in each serving container.
  2. Add 1/3 cup chicken, 1/4 cup noodles and 1 heaped teaspoon of almonds into the container.
  3. Place dressing in separate small container with lid and refrigerate until required.
