Ingredients

1kgpasta (spiral, shell or penne)
2cupscucumber, diced
2cupscherry or grape tomatoes, halved
2cupschicken breast meat, cooked, chopped
2cupslow fat cheese, grated
2cupscorn, canned (drained) or steamed frozen corn

Method

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
  2. Cook frozen corn per instructions if required.
  3. Prepare vegetables, chicken and cheese in preparation for portioning.
  4. Using a bento style box container, add ingredients to container using different compartments.
