1kgpasta (spiral, shell or penne)
2cupscucumber, diced
2cupscherry or grape tomatoes, halved
2cupschicken breast meat, cooked, chopped
2cupslow fat cheese, grated
2cupscorn, canned (drained) or steamed frozen corn
Method
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water according to packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
- Cook frozen corn per instructions if required.
- Prepare vegetables, chicken and cheese in preparation for portioning.
- Using a bento style box container, add ingredients to container using different compartments.
