225gWholemeal self raising flour
100gFinely chopped dried apricots or dates
300mlReduced fat milk
- Preheat oven to 180C, lightly spray muffin tins with oil and set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into muffin pans and add a sprinkle of rolled oats on top of each muffin.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
