Ingredients
1whole pineapple
2apples
2oranges
2passionfruit
2kiwifruit
2large punnets of strawberries
200ggrapes
Method
- Wash all the fruit.
- Peel, core and cut the pineapple into 1-2 cm chunks.
- Core and chop the apples into 1-2 cm chunks.
- Peel and chop the oranges and kiwifruit into 1cm chunks.
- Hull and slice the strawberries.
- Cut the passionfruit in half and spoon out the pulp.
- Mix all together in a big bowl, then serve in clear cups.
Recipe description
A super tasty melange of freshly cut fruit that’s made even tastier with the sweet tanginess of passionfruit.
Variations
- Use what ever fruit is available and in season…but the passionfruit is a MUST as it makes the fruit salad.
- Watermelon, pear, mango, rockmelon and honeydew would be great additions.
- You could also top with vanilla yoghurt or coconut yoghurt.
