950gCanned tuna, drained
2.5cupPurple cabbage, chopped
2.5cupEdamame beans
2.5cupCarrot, diced
2.5cupZucchini, diced
2.5cupGreen beans, trimmed
5cupWombok or papaya, chopped
10tbspSesame oil
10tbspRice bran oil
2.5tspEnglish mustard
5tspSugar
1cupRice vinegar
2.5cupSoy sauce

Method

  1. Combine tofu, chicken or tuna, cabbage, edamame, carrot, zucchini, green beans and wombok or papaya.
  2. In a seperate bowl mix together oils, mustard, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Pour into a 20ml portion cup and serve with salad from step 1.

Can replace tuna with 80g cooked chicken or 170g of cooked tofu
