Mighty Minute Steak Sandwich

Use up to about a 70g serve for your thinly steak or chicken and make sure you preheat your contact grill so the minute steak or chicken cooks quickly and does not stew. Keep the ingredients simple, but prepare them differently so customers feel they are getting something better than the standard. For example use crunchy or gourmet lettuce leaves rather than shredded, thick slices of tomato and sliced avocado rather than mashed. Use a different cheese, dressing, sauce or chutney and a different bread to add the gourmet element.
