Recipe description

This quick brekkie is a shortcut of the popular ‘overnight oats’. Perfect for those needing a wholesome, filling breakfast.

Variations

  • There are many flavour options for this recipe: passionfruit, berries, tropical fruits, apple … the list goes on!
  • For larger frozen fruit aim for half a cup. For condensed fruit (eg, passionfruit) aim for ¼ of a cup.
  • Using frozen fruit is ideal for this recipe as the oats are ‘soaked’ as the fruit defrosts. If you use fresh fruit, you may need to add a splash of low-fat milk to achieve the same ‘soaked’ oats effect.
