2cupCaster Sugar
1LitreGreek Yoghurt
250gMelted Butter
2.5cupDesiccated Coconut
7.5cupSR Flour
500gPassionfruit pulp

Method
- Whisk eggs and sugar until frothy.
- Add yoghurt, melted butter and mix well
- Add passionfruit, flour and coconut and fold gently.
- Heat oven to 180. Fill muffin cups and bake 15-20 min.
