Ingredients

2kgLean pork mince
1/4Wombok, finely chopped
HalfCoriander bunch, finely chopped
1Red onion, finely chopped
4Garlic cloves, finely chopped
2Chive bunches
1tbspSesame oil
0.25cupKnorr liquid seasoning sauce
2tbspGround white pepper
3Packets of dumpling wrappers

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except wrappers and mix well (make a day ahead of time if possible so all ingredients can fuse together)
  2. Fill wrapper with a small amount of mixture, fold and seal the edges of the wrappers with water
  3. Poach in boiling water until they are floating and transfer to a fry pan with oil to add some colour to the dumplings
