2kgLean pork mince
1/4Wombok, finely chopped
HalfCoriander bunch, finely chopped
1Red onion, finely chopped
4Garlic cloves, finely chopped
2Chive bunches
1tbspSesame oil
0.25cupKnorr liquid seasoning sauce
2tbspGround white pepper
3Packets of dumpling wrappers
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except wrappers and mix well (make a day ahead of time if possible so all ingredients can fuse together)
- Fill wrapper with a small amount of mixture, fold and seal the edges of the wrappers with water
- Poach in boiling water until they are floating and transfer to a fry pan with oil to add some colour to the dumplings
