1eachOnion
1eachEgg
2tbspFlour
1tspSalt
1tspBlack Pepper

Method

  1. Peel and grate onions and potatoes finely
  2. Combine them with an egg in a bowl
  3. Add flour slowly until mixture comes together
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat
  6. Add spoon full of mixture into frypan and flatten
  7. Turn and cook until golden on both sides
  8. Serve cold with salad or yogurt

Recipe description

Made fresh in the tuckshop. Serve with a side salad or coleslaw. Great for a teachers special.
