Method
- Peel and grate onions and potatoes finely.
- Combine them with an egg in a bowl.
- Add flour slowly until mixture comes together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Add spoon full of mixture into frypan and flatten.
- Turn and cook until golden on both sides.
- Serve cold with salad or yogurt.
