0.5Spring onion bunch
20gMinced garlic
20gMinced ginger
1Red capsicum diced
100gMushrooms diced
20mlSoy sauce
0.5Cos lettuce
70gBrown vermicelli noodles

Method

  1. Cook pork through, stirring frequently then set aside in a heatproof bowl.rn
  2. Soak noodles.rnrn
  3. Place the remaining ingredients (except for the lettuce) into the hot pan. Stir and cook on a low to medium heat until softened. rnrn
  4. Add the cooked pork back into the pan and mix well.rnrn
  5. Wash and dry lettuce leaves.rn rnrnrn
  6. Spoon the pork filling into the lettuce cup. rnrnrn
