500gPork mince lean
0.5Spring onion bunch
20gMinced garlic
20gMinced ginger
1Red capsicum diced
100gMushrooms diced
20mlSoy sauce
0.5Cos lettuce
70gBrown vermicelli noodles
Method
- Cook pork through, stirring frequently then set aside in a heatproof bowl.rn
- Soak noodles.rnrn
- Place the remaining ingredients (except for the lettuce) into the hot pan. Stir and cook on a low to medium heat until softened. rnrn
- Add the cooked pork back into the pan and mix well.rnrn
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves.rn rnrnrn
- Spoon the pork filling into the lettuce cup. rnrnrn
