1unitOnion, finely diced
500gBeef mince, lean
4cupFrozen peas and chopped carrot
2cupBeef stock, reduced salt
3tbspWorcestershire sauce (optional)
- Fry onion in olive oil until golden, add mince and brown.
- Add stock, sauce and frozen vegetables and simmer until liquid is thickened to thick gravy.
- Serve on a roll.
