- Soak vermicelli noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions (about 5 minutes),
- Lightly toss the noodles, vegetables and sauce together until evenly distributed.
- Soak the rice paper sheets in warm water and, when softened, place approx. 1/2 cup of the noodle mix in the centre of each sheet. Start making rolls by folding up the bottom of the sheet over the mix, then bring in each side and finish by rolling to the top.
- To serve place two rolls per container, a soy sauce sachet and snow pea sprouts to garnish.
