Ingredients

1/2cupRice (Sushi rice, Wild or Purple)
Small tintuna or piece of crumbed chicken (sliced)
2tbspShredded carrot
2Cucumber sticks
1/4Avocado (sliced)
1/2Nori sheet (cut into strips)
1tspMayo

Method

  1. Add cooked rice to base of serving bowl
  2. Top with protein of choice
  3. Add vegetable slices
  4. Sprinkle Nori pieces on top
  5. Top with mayo
  6. Serve cold
