Teriyaki Chicken and Rice Salad

Ingredients
1/4Lettuce
1Carrot
12Edamame/snow peas
4Cherry tomatoes
1/4Cucumber
4tbspMayonnaise
200gChicken, sliced
100gTeriyaki sauce
2cupRice, boiled
Method
- Coat chicken slices in marinade and let sit.
- Meanwhile, slice the lettuce and cucumber, grate the carrot and cut the tomaotes in half.
- Place the marinated chicken in a pan on medium heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Half fill the containers you are going to use, with the boiled rice and place marinated chicken on top.
- On the other half of the container you are using, place the lettuce and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve with a container of mayonnaise.
