Ingredients

1/4Lettuce
1Carrot
12Edamame/snow peas
4Cherry tomatoes
1/4Cucumber
4tbspMayonnaise
200gChicken, sliced
100gTeriyaki sauce
2cupRice, boiled

Method

  1. Coat chicken slices in marinade and let sit
  2. Meanwhile, slice the lettuce and cucumber, grate the carrot and cut the tomaotes in half
  3. Place the marinated chicken in a pan on medium heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes or until cooked through
  4. Half fill the containers you are going to use, with the boiled rice and place marinated chicken on top
  5. On the other half of the container you are using, place the lettuce and then add the rest of the ingredients
  6. Serve with a container of mayonnaise
