1cupDried apricots, chopped
1cupDried apple, chopped
1cupSultanas

Method

  1. Cook popping corn in a microwave, saucepan with a lid or simply use a popcorn maker.
  2. Allow popped corn to cool for one minute before removing.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients with the popped corn.

Recipe description

Other mixed fruit and seeds such as pepitas (pumpkin seeds) or sunflower kernels could be added for variety. This is easy to prepare and an ideal task for new volunteers.
