Ingredients

1kgreduced-fat yoghurt
200mlfresh berries
1cuptoasted muesli

Method

  1. Place approximately 100mls of yoghurt in serving cups.
  2. Top each with 1 Tbsp of berry puree.
  3. On serving spoon on 1 Tbsp of toasted muesli to rnensure it remains crunchy.

Recipe description

This reduced fat yogurt topped with berry coulis and crunchy muesli is great breakfast or snack option for hungry kids.

Variations

Check the yoghurt for tartness and adjust with sugar or honey. Prepare to serve on a large tray, cover and refrigerate ahead of service. Remaining serves can be mixed and frozen, and used as a dip for frozen fruits, combined in fruit smoothies or used as a topping for other dessert snacks.
