2eachZucchini (large)
2eachCarrots (large)
200mlMilk, low fat

Method

  1. Beat eggs and milk together, with a sprinkling of white pepper.
  2. Grate zucchini and carrot and place in a deep lightly sprayed oven dish.
  3. Pour egg mix over vegetable mix.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
