Ingredients

3cupsplain flour
3tablespoonssugar
3tablespoonsbaking powder
pinchsalt
3eggs
700mllow fat milk
3tablespoonsvegetable oil
4ripe bananas

Method

  1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl mix egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas together.
  3. Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
  4. Heat lightly oiled frying pan over medium to high heat. Pour batter onto pan approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until golden on each side.
  5. Top with banana slices just before serving.
