Ingredients
3cupsplain flour
3tablespoonssugar
3tablespoonsbaking powder
pinchsalt
3eggs
700mllow fat milk
3tablespoonsvegetable oil
4ripe bananas
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl mix egg, milk, vegetable oil and bananas together.
- Stir flour mixture into banana mixture. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
- Heat lightly oiled frying pan over medium to high heat. Pour batter onto pan approx. 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until golden on each side.
- Top with banana slices just before serving.
